About Sally

I have had the good fortune and privilege, to retire early, not only that, but to an area of outstanding beauty. Surrounded by the imposing mountain ranges of the Col de Rates and Bernia with their ever changing shapes as the light catches them throughout the day. Dipping in to the valleys, with their own seasonal fragrance and fruits of oranges, cherries, almonds and olives. On top of that it’s only a 15 minute drive to the beaches, and the seascapes of the Costa Blanca.

So, with all this inspiration on my doorstep it’s no wonder my creative side was clambering to get out. Having only dabbled with drawing and painting in the past, I joined a few classes and I was hooked. Credit does need to be given to Julia Evans, she has guided, supported and given me confidence through this ongoing artistic journey of self discovery, and I am loving it.
